Project Management Stripe: Privacy Operations Program Manager

Manages privacy operations programs including data subject requests, compliance assessments, and regulatory documentation while coordinating across legal, engineering, and business teams.

Mid Remote Posted about 2 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: US Remote

Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Privacy Operations team is a pivotal part of the global privacy program at Stripe. Our vision is operational excellence—a team that is proactive, streamlined, and deeply embedded in the way Stripe works. Privacy Operations is the authoritative operational hub for privacy processes, enabling high-quality privacy experiences for users and data subjects, and owning clear and auditable documentation for internal stakeholders and external regulators. We partner with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to protect user data.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll own the programs central to how Stripe handles privacy at scale. You'll drive end-to-end management across data subject requests, privacy impact assessments, records of processing activities, transfer impact assessments, and cookie compliance, making day-to-day decisions that keep operations regulatory-ready and auditable. You'll also identify where processes can be tightened or automated, and build the documentation and tooling that make the team's work consistent and sustainable.

You'll work as a key connector between Privacy Legal, Privacy Engineering, and cross-functional partners across the company, translating global privacy requirements into practical operations. As a primary point of contact for incoming privacy requests, you'll handle triage and routing, and build the playbooks and response libraries that allow the team to deliver high-quality, consistent privacy experiences for Stripe users and for the regulators who depend on clear, auditable records.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program management across core privacy programs such as data subject requests (DSRs), PIAs and DPIAs, records of processing activities (ROPA), transfer impact assessments (TIAs), and cookie compliance, making day-to-day operational decisions, enforcing processes to ensure regulatory readiness, and measuring compliance at scale
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including leveraging AI tooling to automate routine tasks, developing structured workflows to sustain quality standards, and maintaining accurate, auditable program records including playbooks and process documentation
  • Create and maintain clear, auditable privacy documentation, including privacy assessments, program playbooks, and customer response libraries, to provide scalable, consistent privacy operational support
  • Work with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to fulfill user requests, build and deepen expertise on global privacy and data-protection requirements, and escalate novel or complex requests with appropriate context and documentation
  • Rotate through the team's weekly runner model as the primary point of contact for incoming privacy requests, routing across intake channels and managing Jira run tickets

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated privacy program management and a proven track record of operationalizing and scaling cross-functional organization-wide programs from the ground up
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly to all audiences
  • Demonstrated experience with privacy legislation such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPEDA. Experience with US state legislation, HIPAA, and GLBA is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with privacy impact assessments (PIAs and DPIAs), data subject request workflows, records of processing activities (ROPA), or other core privacy program operations
  • Ability to analyze complex problems to identify root causes and trends, and to document complex narratives in a simplified way that others can use
  • Curious and self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving outcomes
  • Experienced in juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with tight timelines and shifting priorities
  • A team player, willing to pitch in where needed

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Previous tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate day-to-day privacy operations work
  • Experience with third-party risk management, RFP and DDQ response processes, or cross-border transfer assessments
  • Privacy certification such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPM is a plus

What this role involves

Alloy is where you belong!

Alloy helps solve the identity risk problem for companies that offer financial products by enabling them to outpace fraud and confidently serve more people around the world. Over 700 of the world’s largest financial institutions and fintechs turn to Alloy to take control of fraud, credit, and compliance risk, and grow with the clearest picture of their customers.

See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.

Check out our investors and read more about us here.

About the team

Alloy’s Mid-Market Banking & Credit Union segment addresses the high demands of fraud prevention, identity risk, and customer expectations, which are core to modern banking experiences. We sell directly and through channel partners (account opening, loan origination, and digital banking platforms), making our sales motion highly sophisticated. Account Executives collaborate with Partner Account Managers on co-selling strategy, execution, and contracting, requiring orchestrated teamwork rather than a traditional direct sales cycle.

The sales team manages full-lifecycle sales for prospects and existing customers while leveraging the partner ecosystem. The mission is to build a strong brand, establish executive connections, demonstrate deep fraud and identity risk expertise, and deliver high-impact solutions.

The Account Executive reports to the Sales Manager, Mid-Market Banking & Credit Unions, owning full-cycle business from prospecting to close, while collaborating with Partner Account Managers on channel opportunities. This role requires managing multi-threaded, multi-stakeholder deals and co-selling through partners instead of managing everything end-to-end.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own full-cycle sales for a defined territory of prospects and existing customers, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, deal strategy, and close.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through a mix of self-sourced outbound and channel-influenced opportunities sourced with Partner Account Managers.
  • Credibly position Alloy’s Actionable AI Suite to prospects and existing customers, tailoring the pitch to each partner and buyer’s context.
  • Multithread and map stakeholders across complex buying committees, including risk, fraud, technology, product, and executive sponsors.
  • Work deals across Alloy’s strategic partner ecosystem, Q2, Clutch, Alkami, nCino, Candescent, and others, understanding each partner’s motion and how to work the relationship effectively.
  • Partner closely with Partner Account Managers on co-selling strategy, deal execution, and contracting for channel-influenced deals, keeping pipeline attribution clean.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Client Success to move deals forward and ensure a strong handoff at close.
  • Escalate partner, client, and deal risk early and thoughtfully, before issues require manager or director involvement.
  • Bring a coachable, growth-oriented mindset to weekly 1:1s including territory planning, deal strategy, and pipeline hygiene, and apply coaching in real time.
  • Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene and provide timely, defensible forecasts in weekly pipeline reviews with your manager.

Who we’re looking for

  • 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of full-cycle ownership in complex sales cycles.
  • Digital banking, fintech, or fraud/credit/identity domain experience strongly preferred, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a technical, regulated space.
  • Experience navigating multi-threaded, multi-stakeholder buying committees; channel or partner-influenced sales experience is a significant plus.
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment in roles with $1M+ annual quotas and 6-12 month sales cycles.
  • Strong Salesforce discipline and comfort being held accountable to pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior buyers.
  • Coachable and collaborative, comfortable working in lockstep with Partner Account Managers rather than owning every relationship solo.

We’re a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. If this all sounds like a good fit for you, why not join us?

Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. • Unlimited PTO and flexible work policy
  • Employee stock options
  • Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options

See how we’ve been continuously recognized and named one of Inc.Magazine’s Best Workplaces, Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers, Best Fintech to Work for by American Banker, year after year.

Check out our investors and read more about us here.

About the team

The GTM Engineer is the technical builder behind Alloy’s Go-to-Market ecosystem — designing and shipping the integrations, automations, and data architecture that power the full GTM lifecycle, from marketing to sales to customer success.

You’ll bridge business strategy and system execution, translating GTM needs into scalable technical solutions. You’ll partner closely with RevOps and cross-functional GTM teams to make sure what you build is both strategically aligned and technically sound.

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.

What you’ll be doing

As a GTM Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize the integrations and automations that power Alloy’s revenue organization. Within 3–6 months, you’ll own critical pieces of our GTM technology architecture and be a key technical partner for RevOps and GTM leadership.

System Architecture & Integration

  • Design and build end-to-end GTM technology architecture for scalability and interoperability.
  • Build and maintain integrations using APIs and iPaaS tools such as n8n, Tray.io, or Zapier.
  • Ensure seamless data synchronization between CRM, marketing automation platforms, and customer success tools.
  • Continuously improve the architecture across CRM, Sales Engagement, and related GTM systems.

Automation & Workflow Efficiency

  • Identify and build automations that improve GTM team productivity and data hygiene.
  • Develop scripts in SQL, Python, and JavaScript to support automation and data manipulation at scale.
  • Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into technical solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex integration and data-flow issues as they arise, and document root causes to prevent recurrence.

Data Quality & Pipeline Management

  • Build and maintain data pipelines across GTM systems for consistency, timeliness, and accuracy.
  • Partner with RevOps and Data Engineering to support unified reporting and BI dashboards.
  • Proactively monitor GTM system performance, addressing data sync or uptime issues before they impact the business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management

  • Partner closely with RevOps, GTM leadership, and IT to ensure all technical initiatives support strategic business goals.
  • Evaluate new GTM technologies and recommend additions to the tech stack.
  • Stay close to platform vendor roadmaps to inform build/buy decisions and flag opportunities to the team.

Who we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical role within a SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency with iPaaS platforms such as n8n, Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript) for automation and data manipulation.
  • Strong understanding of data pipeline management, data hygiene practices, and GTM data architecture.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, dbt).
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero, Hook).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of partnering effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or a highly regulated industry.
  • Prior exposure to vendor evaluation and tool procurement processes.
  • Background working in a high-growth startup environment.

A Quick Note on Applications

We receive a high volume of applications, and while we’d love to reply to everyone personally, it’s not always possible. If you haven’t heard from us within two weeks, it sadly means you haven’t been successful this time. But don’t let that stop you—we’re growing fast, and new opportunities open up all the time.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Operations Deal Desk Manager (f/m/d) at Apaleo

Manages deal approvals and post-signature workflows, automating revenue processes across sales, legal, and customer success systems.

Mid Posted about 10 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Join Apaleo and Shape the Future of Hospitality Tech!

Apaleo is the world’s most open, API-first property management platform powering the next generation of hospitality operations. Its modular, AI-powered infrastructure enables hoteliers to customise their tech stack, automate routine work, and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, powered by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay.

About the role

This is a new role at Apaleo, and an important one. You sit at the intersection of Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal and Customer Success, and you own two things: deals that close cleanly, and deals that go live fast. The second part is where you make the biggest difference. Every day between signature and go-live is a day the customer waits for value they have already bought. You design that path, you keep it clear, and you automate the parts that should never need a human. You will build this function from the ground up, with the mandate and the data to do it properly.

What you’ll do

  • Own the deal review and approval process for non-standard, complex and high-value deals
  • Structure pricing and commercial terms with Sales and Account Management, and make sure every deal works for revenue recognition and margin before signature
  • Partner with Legal on non-standard terms and redlines
  • Own the flow from signed to live: instrument it, find the blockers, fix what you can and escalate the rest with a recommendation
  • Automate the flow with agentic workflows across Chargebee, PandaDoc, HubSpot, n8n and Claude
  • Be the reliable point of contact when deals get complicated

How we’ll measure success

  • Median time from signed contract to live revenue
  • Share of deals and setup steps running without manual intervention
  • Cycle time for a non-standard deal review

We will set the baselines together in your first month.

What you bring

  • Multiple years experience in deal desk, revenue operations, business operations or commercial finance
  • Strong analytics. You turn a messy funnel into a ranked list of what to fix
  • Hands-on automation experience. You have built workflows, not just specified them
  • A sharp eye for commercial risk and an instinct for the pragmatic answer
  • The confidence to question another team’s process and leave with a decision
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You are building this function, not inheriting a playbook
  • Familiarity with subscription billing and contract tooling. Chargebee and PandaDoc are a plus

What We Offer

Culture & Growth

  • A Diverse & International Team: Work alongside passionate professionals from over 20 nationalities, bringing unique cultural perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences to shape the future of hospitality tech.

  • Free Public Transport: Travel across Germany with ease using our fully covered Deutschland Ticket.
  • Team Connection: Strong connections fuel collaboration. We celebrate and connect through regular team dinners, company meetups, Oktoberfest celebrations, Christmas parties, and other offsite events.

  • Health & Wellbeing: Prioritize your health with access to hundreds of gyms, fitness studios, and wellness options through our EGYM Wellpass membership.

How you make an impact joining Apaleo: Joining Apaleo means more than just taking on a role it’s about driving real change in the hospitality industry. Your contributions will directly shape our innovative platform, influence company-wide decisions, and help redefine the future of hospitality tech. At Apaleo, your voice matters, your ideas are valued, and your impact is tangible. Be part of a team where your work fuels progress, collaboration sparks innovation, and growth is a shared journey.

We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of race, color, religion, gender identity or expression, sex, national origin, age, marital status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
