Content Senior Content Specialist at Field Nation

Produces high-quality B2B content including case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and landing pages to drive awareness and demand for Field Nation's platform.

Senior Remote Posted about 10 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are: Field Nation brings companies and service professionals together through an integrated, easy-to-use platform. We support businesses looking to grow their service offerings while also empowering technicians to leverage their skills on their own terms. Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals who depend on us.

Why is this role important to Field Nation? The Senior Content Specialist is a skilled B2B content producer who executes against a defined content strategy to drive awareness, credibility, and demand for Field Nation. Reporting into the Marketing Services function in Bangladesh and working closely with the Product Marketing & Content team, this role produces high-quality Tier 2 content — customer case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, ebooks, landing pages, and demand assets — that brings Field Nation’s brand narrative to life and supports revenue marketing goals.

Field Nation’s Content & Editorial Manager owns brand voice, editorial standards, Tier 1 content (thought leadership, brand POV, executive messaging), and content governance. The Senior Content Specialist operates within that framework, owning a high volume of additional content that directly supports the US marketing and sales teams.

What you’ll get to do:

Content Production

  • Write and publish the monthly email newsletters, owning ideation, structure, copy, and on-time delivery in coordination with the Product Marketing team.

  • Produce customer case studies end-to-end: conduct interviews with Field Nation users, extract measurable business outcomes, and write polished narratives that demonstrate real-world impact.

  • Write blog posts that support our product investments, build credibility and drive organic traffic – researching topics, developing angles, and producing content that speaks to field service operations leaders.

  • Support the Revenue Marketing team with conversion-focused content: display ad copy, landing page copy, email campaign sequences, and other assets that capture prospect interest and move them through the funnel.

  • Produce 1-pagers, social content, and supporting content assets as needed to support campaign launches and Product Marketing initiatives.

  • Research field service market trends, buyer pain points, and competitive dynamics to bring credible context to everything you write.

Quality & Standards

  • Write with strict adherence to Field Nation’s brand style guide and editorial standards, maintaining consistency in voice, tone, and terminology across all content types.

  • Partner with the Content and Product Marketing teams to ensure all content is accurate, on-message, and aligned to approved positioning before publication.

  • Perform ongoing audits to identify content that needs updating due to positioning changes, product updates, or compliance requirements, and make those changes.

Operations & Performance

  • Manage your own production schedule: track assignments, hit deadlines consistently, and communicate proactively when priorities shift or timelines are at risk.

  • Track content performance against engagement and traffic benchmarks; share your perspective on what’s working and what isn’t, and recommend optimizations.

  • Use approved AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining the human oversight and editorial judgment that Field Nation’s content standards require.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 8+ years of content marketing or editorial experience within B2B SaaS companies that sell to enterprise or mid-market buyers and whose products and content primarily target English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, or similar). Not developer tools, consumer apps, or small-business-focused products.

  • A portfolio that includes published customer case studies and long-form content written for a senior B2B audience (VP, Director, or C-suite). Applications without writing samples will not be considered.

  • Demonstrated ability to research and write about complex technology topics for a non-technical business audience.

  • Experience conducting customer interviews and translating business outcomes, operational complexity, and technical context into clear, credible narratives.

  • Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple concurrent content assignments, hit deadlines in a fast-moving environment, and maintain quality under volume.

  • Comfort working within a defined editorial framework (brand voice standards, style guides, content governance processes) and producing work that meets that bar without close supervision.

  • Exceptional written English: clear, concise, and purposeful, with the ability to adapt tone and register to the content type and audience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Working days: Hybrid, Monday to Friday (3 Work from Home + 2 mandatory Work from Office days)
  • Working hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Office Location:

  • Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid)

Salary Range:

Here at Power Digital, we are hyper-focused on helping brands drive revenue growth and brand recognition, ultimately driving irrefutable value for our clients.

At the heart of Power Digital is our proprietary technology, nova, which analyzes businesses through first-party data, simplifying investment planning for marketing and diligence in M&A––putting marketers in a strategic seat at the table––and providing value in unparalleled ways.

Managing billions in media, our dynamic team––of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists––challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey.

**We support 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid work styles for anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S.

A day in the life:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Copywriter to join the Creative Team at Power Digital. In this role, you will craft compelling, results-driven messaging for paid media/paid social media advertising, ensuring brand voices resonate with target audiences and drive ROI. Your work will be seen by millions, shaping the success of global brands through attention-grabbing, conversion-focused copy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to diverse industries and collaborating with cross-functional teams to push creative innovation. A passion for digital advertising, a sharp eye for storytelling, and experience with promotional video are a plus.

This is a performance creative role, not a content role. The copy you write will be measured (e.g. hook hold rate, CTR, conversion) and you’ll be expected to know what those numbers mean and use them. You’ll work from hypothesis-driven briefs, contribute to campaign concepts, and iterate based on what the data tells you. If you want to write strategically relevant performance-creative copy that is compelling, targeted, and holds people accountable to results, this is the job.

Responsibilities

  • Write hooks, scripts, headlines, and short-form ad copy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You’ll know this already: what you write for each platform is different, and that difference is visible in the work.
  • Produce multiple copy directions per brief. Not variations of the same idea — genuinely different angles, emotional registers, and hypotheses. Creative diversity is how we learn what works.
  • Work from a brief that has a testable hypothesis behind it. Your copy is a variable being tested, not a finished deliverable.
  • Read your performance data and respond to it. When a hook isn’t holding attention, you need to know why and write something different — not wait to be told.
  • Contribute to campaign platform development alongside creative strategists and CDs. The best writers here shape the brief, not just execute it.
  • Revise fast and without ego. The client, the data, and the brief all tell you things you need to hear.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years writing performance creative in a paid media/paid social environment. Direct response is your native language. You know what makes someone click versus what makes someone keep scrolling.
  • 3+ years of agency experience. Multiple clients, multiple categories, fast pace. You’ve done this before and you know what it requires.
  • Deep platform fluency. You understand how TikTok’s algorithm rewards certain content structures, why the first three seconds of a Meta video determine everything, and what makes a pre-roll hold past the skip. That understanding is in the copy, not in a document you read once.
  • Familiarity with hypothesis-driven creative briefs. You’ve been in environments where every copy direction is a test, not a final answer.
  • Voice range. You can write luxury skincare, supplements, and B2B SaaS in the same week and none of them sound alike.
  • Real AI tool fluency. Not experimenting, actually using these tools to produce better work faster.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates the above.

Strong Plus

  • Script writing for direct response video — specifically the structure of a hook-to-offer video ad.
  • DTC, CPG, beauty, fashion, health, or consumer services brand experience.
  • You’ve sat alongside media teams and understand how creative performance data gets read and applied to the next brief.

KPIs

  • Produce 3–5 genuinely distinct copy directions per brief, or 8–12 new testable directions per account per month, depending on account volume.
  • Deliver first-pass copy within 2–3 business days of receiving a complete brief; complete priority revisions within 24–48 hours.
  • Achieve first-pass quality where 70–80% of deliverables require no more than one round of minor revisions.

Most Important Things

  • Hook quality: first seconds that genuinely stop a scroll.
  • Creative diversity: meaningfully different angles, not the same idea reskinned.
  • Platform accuracy: copy built for the format and channel it runs on, not adapted from somewhere else.
  • Brief fidelity: copy that reflects the hypothesis and the strategic goal, not generic ad language
  • Speed and agility: fast turnarounds, clean revisions, no dropped balls
  • Performance-minded creative: ideas built to earn attention and outperform the account’s current creative baseline.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Base salary + commission opportunities
  • Robust Medical, Dental, Vision insurance plans with up to 100% employer contribution towards employee monthly premium
  • 401(k) plan - 4% employer contribution matching
  • Unlimited Time Off available on day one
  • Up to 4 hours per quarter for paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) towards philanthropic endeavors
  • Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid
  • A one time $100 USD Work From Home (WFH) stipend automatically added to your first paycheck
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • 12 observed United States national holidays + 2 mental health recharge days per year
  • Unlimited opportunities for growth & leadership within a rapidly growing firm
  • Ongoing employee development programs for personal and professional growth (Hedgehog and Vital 5s)
  • Quarterly awards including prize money and recognition for outstanding performance
  • Opportunities to be involved in company DEI initiatives

Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, and backgrounds, who strive to make an impact inside and outside of the workplace. Content Senior Technical Content Writer at DoiT

Creates technical content (ebooks, guides, blog posts, webinars) about data platforms for practitioners, managing projects from research through publication.

Senior Remote Posted 7 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Location

Our Senior Technical Content Writer – Data Platforms will join our global Marketing team. This remote role is ideally based in the United States, with overlap with US business hours (ET–PT) to support collaboration with internal stakeholders and occasional external experts. Candidates outside these time zones are welcome, as long as they can accommodate United States working hours.

Who We Are

DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production.

Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency.

With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide.

The Opportunity

We’re building a technical content program to serve data engineers, analytics engineers, and other practitioners who work inside data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) environments. The content targets people who already know and use the platforms. It has to earn their attention by being technically grounded, specific, and useful in practice.

This role owns a meaningful slice of that program. You’ll produce ebooks, long-form guides, blog posts, and webinar materials that help practitioners understand and manage compute costs inside Databricks and Snowflake.

You’ll work independently on some workstreams and alongside a small team of subject-matter experts and contracted technical writers and others. The expectation: you can run a piece from research to publish-ready draft with minimal hand-holding, and you can also integrate cleanly into a collaborative review process when the content requires practitioner depth you’ll need to source.

What This Is Not This role requires technical depth, not just technical curiosity. If your strongest work is in cloud vendor blog posts that stay at the 101 level, or in marketing copy that uses platform names without engaging with how the platforms actually work, this isn’t the right fit.

It also requires independent output. You’ll have access to SMEs and technical reviewers, but the first draft starts with you.

Responsibilities

Ebooks and Long-Form Guides

  • Research, outline, draft, and revise comprehensive guides on Databricks and Snowflake cost management topics (compute optimization, job cluster configuration, Unity Catalog economics, photon efficiency, and similar)
  • Structure complex technical material for practitioners who have no patience for surface-level coverage
  • Own the full revision cycle: incorporate feedback from internal SMEs and external technical reviewers

Blog Posts

  • Produce technical blog posts on Databricks and Snowflake cost and query optimization topics at a pace of 2 or more per month
  • Write from observed patterns and specific data rather than marketing assertions
  • Adapt posts from longer-form assets or develop standalone pieces tied to product releases, platform updates, or practitioner pain points

Webinar Scripts and Slide Support

  • Develop research outlines, speaker scripts, and slide frameworks for live and on-demand webinars
  • Collaborate with technical presenters (internal engineers and external practitioners) to shape structure without overwriting their voice
  • Ensure accuracy and depth: webinar content goes in front of the same practitioners the written content targets

Cross-Platform Coverage (Unicorn Scope)

  • Extend coverage to Snowflake and BigQuery as the content program grows
  • Map transferable concepts across platforms without over-generalizing or flattening the technical distinctions that practitioners care about

Qualifications

Required

  • 5 to 8 years of technical content experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates depth in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent fields
  • Demonstrated ability to write for Databricks and Snowflake practitioners: data engineers, analytics engineers, platform engineers, or FinOps specialists
  • Hands-on familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake: you understand the platform well enough to write about cluster configuration, job compute, and cost levers without relying solely on documentation
  • Ebook and long-form guide experience: not just word count, but structure, pacing, and making dense material readable without dumbing it down
  • Comfort operating at senior level: you drive workstreams, set your own research agenda, and flag accuracy issues proactively
  • Strong editorial judgment: you know when a draft needs another pass and when it’s ready

Strong Preference

  • Direct experience writing about BigQuery, or other cloud data warehouse and lakehouse platforms
  • Familiarity with FinOps concepts applied to data infrastructure (cloud cost allocation, showback/chargeback, spend optimization)
  • Experience writing webinar scripts or technical presentation materials, not just post-event recaps
  • Background as a practitioner who moved into technical writing, rather than a generalist writer who learned the terminology

Senior Remote Posted 9 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About us

Pomelo Care is the leading virtual medical practice for women and children, providing care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We combine proactive, 24⁄7 clinical care with technology that helps us reach patients earlier, identify risks sooner, and deliver personalized care throughout their journey. Our team includes clinicians, technologists, operators, and problem-solvers working together to make high-quality care more accessible for families nationwide.

About The Role:

As the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you’ll make sure strategy, organizational updates, and operational changes land clearly with the people who need them. This role is built around two responsibilities: making sure clinical and operational updates are communicated clearly to frontline teams, and supporting the recurring communications that keep the broader company informed and aligned.

This role reports to the VP, People and can be based anywhere in the continental US.

What you’ll do:

  • All-Company Communication

    • Own the content strategy, agenda, and speaker prep for all-company forums, including our biweekly org-wide All Hands, quarterly OKR updates, annual company offsites, and other ad hoc forums; ensure content is clear, digestible and impactful
    • Partner with executive leadership, as well as external PR, to support any meaningful company-wide change management needs, ensuring alignment between internal and external messaging
    • Establish a framework to define an appropriate level of communication plan or intervention based on factors such as scale, complexity and sensitivity of the change
    • Act as our company communications air traffic controller; plug in across the organization to ensure visibility into what is rolling out, facilitating thoughtful sequencing and critically solving any problems identified

    • Create resources to empower all individuals across the company to communicate in an impactful, clear way that aligns with our brand voice and expectation
  • All-Clinical Communication

    • Embed fully with the clinical team. Deeply understand them as an audience, their experiences, strategic roadmap, historical challenges, goals, etc.
    • Partner with clinical leaders and their operational dyads early in initiative planning, so communication is built into the rollout from the start; identify opportunities to improve the sequencing of initiatives and related communication to maintain a manageable cognitive load for teams
    • Manage the clinical communications calendar and develop guidelines to ensure that messages are sent to the most appropriate audience through the most impactful channel, so messaging is accessible and clear for all staff
    • Act as the editorial thought partner to our clinical and operational leaders, challenging framing, ideating on message tone, content, forum, etc., and facilitating an effective communications development process across multiple stakeholders
    • For any key communications, take the pen on drafting the messaging, pulling from ongoing context gathered through participation in key clinical forums
    • Provide reflection and feedback on existing rhythms, identifying gaps, opportunities to gather feedback, and improve the overall experience of communications for the clinical team

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic operations, or executive communications, ideally in a healthcare or clinical environment
  • Clear and direct communicator, verbally and in writing, who defaults to plain language over corporate speak
  • Editorial backbone, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders and flag when a message is buried or unclear
  • Deep empathy; demonstrated understanding of how to write for a diverse audience in a fast-paced professional setting
  • Systems-thinker; able to extrapolate from a concrete task to a template, framework and philosophy
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing calendars and multi-channel rollouts without missing a detail

Why you should join our team

By joining Pomelo, you will get in on the ground floor of a fast-moving, well-funded, and mission-driven startup that always puts the patient first. You will learn, grow and be challenged, and have fun with your team while doing it.

We strive to create an environment where employees from all backgrounds are respected. We value working across disciplines, moving fast, data-driven decision making, learning, and always putting the patient first.

  • High deductible Health Plans with Health Savings Account (HSA) options
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Equity grant participation
  • 401(k) program
  • Competitive vacation policy
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Fully remote work flexibility (within the US)

Compensation:

The expected base salary range offered for this role is $140,000-$160,000. This role is also eligible for equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.

At Pomelo, we are committed to hiring the best team to improve outcomes for all mothers and babies, regardless of their background. We need diverse perspectives to reflect the diversity of problems we face and the population we serve. We look to hire people from a variety of backgrounds, including but not limited to race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, and veteran status.

Potential Fraud Warning

Please be cautious of potential recruitment fraud. With the increase of remote work and digital hiring, phishing and job scams are on the rise with malicious actors impersonating real employees and sending fake job offers in an effort to collect personal or financial information.

Content Internal Communications Manager at Axonius

Designs, launches, and executes internal communications programs including all-hands meetings, newsletters, intranet management, and leader enablement using AI tools to enhance productivity.

Senior Posted 10 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

As Internal Communications Manager, you will be the operational backbone of a reimagined internal communications function. You will partner directly with the Head of Global Communications to design, launch, and run the programs that keep every Axonius employee aligned, informed, and energized. You will own execution across our entire internal communications operating model: the strategic programs that connect employees to company direction, the day-to-day channels that carry the drumbeat of company life, and the leadership and manager enablement that makes information cascade reliably. You will not inherit a machine. You will build one. The right person sees that as the appeal. You will be joining a team that uses AI as standard tooling. The expectation is that you use AI tools to move faster and produce more, and that your judgment is what makes that output high-quality.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Produce the Monthly All-Hands end-to-end including the run of show, production, Q&A, measurement, and follow-up communications.

  • Strategic Alignment: Rebuild the company intranet hub as the single source of truth for employee resources and information.

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Audit and manage company-wide Slack channels including setting norms, curating content, and keeping signal high and noise low.

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Establish company newsletters and enforce the editorial standards, cadence, and governance that keep the internal communications function consistent and trusted.

  • Leadership Enablement: Manage the senior leader forum and manager forum including the agendas, content, executive prep, and Q&A.

  • Leadership Enablement: Equip senior leaders and managers with consistent communications they can cascade to their teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional communications experience.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling internal communications programs from the ground up rather than maintaining existing ones.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the range to draft in an executive’s voice and to write clearly for employees.
  • Strong program and project management instincts; you can run multiple recurring programs without dropping the ball.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity; you make a plan, build the thing, and iterate rather than waiting for direction.
  • Executive presence and judgment; you can partner credibly with the leadership team including the CEO.
  • Active, fluent use of AI tools such as Anthropic Claude. This is a baseline. Not a differentiator.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional communications experience within a high-growth B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
  • Willingness to be creative and experiment with new methods of communicating to employees.
  • Familiarity with internal communications measurement; you will partner with the Head of Global Communications to develop KPIs for the internal communications function.
  • Fluency with modern internal communications tooling including Slack, Slido, Zoom, and newsletter/intranet platforms (e.g., Confluence).
